The Marina was initially granted the 30 year concession period (back in 1999) with the possibility of
extending the contract for the new 30 years concession period. The Marina began its work in 2005.
Total coverage of the marina is 24 Ha (land and sea area) and includes:
365 sea berths, the depth of 4m for vessels from 10 to 40 m
50 dry berths for ships length of 10 to 25 m
